Winnetka Avenue will be closed from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. during the first week of Fall semester.
The city will be conducting road work and a digital sign on the east side of Winnetka Ave between Oxnard Street and Victory Boulevard is on display announcing the street’s closure from Aug. 30 to Sep. 3.
The street’s closure will also make the newly remodeled Winnetka entrance onto campus unaccessible during that time.
Students attending the latest evening classes this week and leaving campus anytime after nine, should plan an alternate route home.
