This season’s all production and spring musical will take place in a temporary structure located near the Mason Avenue and Olympic Drive campus entrance due to renovations taking place in the PAB.

The temporary structure will seat 250 and is climate controlled compared to the 365 Mainstage Theater in thePAB, that was built in 1981.

“Our office will move down the hill near the Child Development Center during the renovations,” said Ellie Schwartz, Theater Office Assistant.  “The Lobby will be redone, there will be new and more comfortable chairs, new lighting and carpet.”

The first performance scheduled to take place in the temporary structure will be “The Intelligent Design of Jenny Chow” written by Rolin Jones and directed by Valorie Grear.  The intelligent Design of Jenny Chow will run Oct 21 to 30.
