Making a change
Pierce College hasn’t always been the thriving, successful and economically established school that it is today. Only six years ago, Pierce’s campus had some issues. That is, until the campus’ current Vice President of College Development, Dr. Tom Oliver came to its rescue in 2000 and helped turned the school’s future around.
Clubs Lead Students Know Their School Better
Hundreds of Pierce College students were attracted to campus walkway for Club Rush, which was organized and supported by Associated Students Organization (ASO) from 10 a.m. to 1p.m. Oct. 11 and 12. “It was very successful,” said Artur Shmukler, the president of ASO Club Council.
