Artist Alison Frey listens as cousin Bill Sloan surveys one of her paintings at the Oct. 24 reception held for her at the Pierce art gallery. Her exhibit will be open until Nov. 15, and hours are from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The gallery is located on the art hill in room 3302.
