Obie Ekwunife
Dear Editor:
My name is Obinna Ekwunife and I was born in Nigeria, Africa, and I moved to America in 1990 when I was 7 years old.
This transition brought around the birth of new trials in my life, but I confronted them head on and I succeed at nearly all of the obstacles that I faced, which I can honestly say today.
I am excellent for club council president because I have been an ASO senator for 1 year, and in that year I have been in every committee that ASO has.
I have a lot of experience working with ASO, and I know that I am a unique individual.
I know all the responsibilities of the club council president and welcome them with open hands and an open mind.
As your new ASO club council president, I promise to increase the awareness of the clubs, and as president I also plan on implementing a calendar within club council so that all clubs can become aware of the activities of other clubs.
I will also start implementing that club council meets twice a week instead of once.
As long as I have been in the ASO I have considered myself to be one of the hardest working senators because I am the first one in the trailer, and I put more than 1000 % into every project and activity that I undertake.
Know that as club council president I will ensure to everyone I am a person of action, who is more than ready to be put to the test of being, acting, and appreciating the position of club council president.
Obie Ekwunife
2008-2009 ASO Club Council President
