The football team lost a major contributor to their offense for the remainder of the season.
Sophomore Kenny Davis, a wide reciever, injured his shoulder during a scrimmage on Friday, August, 29th.
Davis is number one on the depth at the reciever position.
After a stellar freshman season, Davis was being recruited by likes of University of Arizona Arizona State University, University of Tennesse, and the University of Utah.
In order to save Davis for next season, Efrain Martinez, head football coach, has decided to red shirt the sophomore wide out.
