Sociology, Movies, and Probation. Yes They’re related
The sociology fair at Pierce Campus today had two panels to help students decide what to do with their degree and how to transfer to a four year college and apply for graduate programs.
The panels consisted of CSUN graduate students, professors, and sociology professionals. Vincent Bruzzese from World Wide Motion Picture Group was there to discuss his company and professor James McKeever also discussed his experience in youth probation.
Subjects of interest in sociology range from low rider cars to the behavior of immigrant gay men.
“We can study just about anything that involves the human being,” said James McKeever an assistant professor of sociology at Pierce College.
