The Student Information System (SIS) for the Los Angeles Community College District will be shut down this Saturday at 6 a.m. to Monday at 6 a.m. according to a district-wide email.
The SIS will be down due to remodeling of the Educational Services Center at the LACCD office, according to the email.
All students in the district with registration appointments will not be able to register until the SIS comes back up on Monday according to the Registration office.
This shut down was postponed from a November 17 shut down that would have interfered with the final day to drop classes with a W.
Another tentative shut down is scheduled for December 22-24 according to the email.
The email states that students will be informed when the date is verified via another email prior to the future shut down.
