Population Pierce: Communicating through hands

“I’ve always found it interesting how you can talk with your hands,” said 19-year-old American Sign Language major Tori Maddis. “Sign language is different in every country. In Mexico it wouldn’t be the same as in France. I think the sign for ‘cute’ is kind of cute.”
