The Brahmas kicked off the 2016 season with a 25-6 loss to the Moorpark Raiders at home on Saturday night.
Penalties hampered the Brahmas all night. The first play of the game indicated things to come when starting running back Keyshawn Richards’ 25 yard run was called back for an illegal block.
“Basically we shot ourselves in the foot quite a bit,” coach Jason Sabolic said. “To be quite honest, we’re a very young team.”
The Brahmas’ next game will be on the road on Saturday, September 10th at LA Southwest at 6 p.m.
