December 3, 2016December 5, 2016 Joshua Manes

The Brahmas are heading back to the state title game after beating the El Camino College Warriors on Saturday, Dec. 3.

It took five sets for Pierce to win its semifinal matchup, taking the deciding set 15-10.

They move on to Sunday’s state championship game against Fresno City College at 2 p.m.

“We don’t know much about Fresno,” coach Nabil Mardini said. “We’re going to need to sit down and scout them, but I think we’ll be alright.”
