A car caught fire in a small shopping plaza located at 20050 Vanowen St. in Canoga Park, California. The occupants–a mother and her three children–fled the plaza for safety.
The Los Angeles Fire Department Station 72 arrived and put the fire out before it damaged any buildings in the plaza.
No reports of injuries were made.
