Inhale and exhale.

Close your eyes, stretch, listen to the calming breeze and watch out for the goats.

Wait, goats?

Students were able to participate in the Goat Yoga event held by the Associated Student Organization (ASO) Social Cultural Committee.

While goats may be cute, research has shown that being around animals helps with reducing stress. Which is something that all college students need since finals are coming up.

Don’t miss out, Goat Yoga will take place again May 15 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Rocky Young Park.
