A Pierce College member has tested positive for COVID-19.
Acting Chapter Chair for Pierce Suleman Ishaque sent out an email April 15 verifying the case. He reassured in the email that the member is improving in health.
Ishaque included in the email that the member had not been on campus since March so there is no concern of exposure.
In the email, Ishaque wrote that the member wanted everyone to understand how serious the pandemic is. The member wanted everyone to remember the importance of the current measures in place to keep the reader and those around them safe.
