A panel of six esteemed experts spoke out and secrets were revealed on how to successfully break into journalism, today at the Great Hall.
The Biggest tip of the day was “an internship is the absolute best way in,” said Chris Ladesma, Music Editor of The Simpsons.
The Industry Panel is one part of the several events hosted by the Media Arts Department, including student transfers. One by one the six panelists spoke about their individual success story, and how they excelled. Useful advice and tools were given to transition from student to professional.
