Coffee and bagels will be offered to students preparing for their
week of finals.
The event will take place in the Great Hall on Dec.12 from 9a.m.
until 2 p.m.
Scantrons and pencils will
also be given to students who need them.
“Music will be playing giving students a time to relax and get
ready for their exams,” said Associated Students Organization vice president
Shane Mooney.
The ASO also plans on organizing a lobby trip to Washington D.C.
The ASO wants to address issues at Pierce caused by the budget cuts. Mooney
says he is aware of the hardships that students are having trying to afford an
education.
The trip will be funded by the ASO’s travel fund, which has not
been used for the past two to three years according to Mooney.
