Pierce College Vice President Eric Peters spoke to the Brahmas women’s volleyball team before their afternoon practice about making the sports programs more recognized on campus.
Peters told sophomores Savannah Loutzenhiser, Alex Bowman, Samantha Olivas and Sandy Martinez that he promises to support the athletic program in the upcoming season.
“We have a strong desire to build Pierce into a tighter community,” he said.
Peters said will publicize sports at Pierce to the community and will try to assemble a facility basketball tournament in the fall.
