Pierce College received the “Best College 2015” award by the Los Angeles Daily News Readers Choice Awards. (DNRCA)
This is not the first notable honor given to Pierce College. In 2014 the school received the “Favorite College” award.
“It’s exciting, we just hired 30 more people, and we’re going to hire 40 more people… President [Kathleen] Burke is really respected all over the state, she’s done a great job leading us through budgeting,” said Associate Professor of Political Sciences Denise Robb.
The DNRCA recognized the high transfer rate and dedication of the professors.
