Brief: Soccer game postponed

The women’s soccer game scheduled for today at 4 p.m. has been postponed due to Cuyamaca not having enough players to play the game.

According to Athletic Director Bob Lofrano several Cuyamaca players had numerous injuries which include concussions and broken bones and are not able to go on with the game. The next home game for the Brahmas will be on September 20 against Clovis at 3 p.m.

Update: The game was forfeited by Cuyamaca as Pierce was handed a 1-0 win. The women’s soccer team is now 2-0 this season. Their next game is today at San Diego Miramar at 3 p.m.
