The women’s volleyball team defeated Citrus College 25-15, 25-20 and 25-21 which improved their overall record to 20-6.
The Brahmas remain undefeated going 6-0 in conference play.
Both teams were able to keep the score relatively close as the game went along.
Throughout the game, Citrus was able to follow behind the Brahmas and even surpass them at times.
It was a close win for the Brahmas at the end of the second and third set.
Head Coach Nabil Mardini said that he was proud of the way his team had been playing as of late.
“We have been playing good volleyball since September, but we want to be good when the playoffs come,” Mardini said. ”Citrus was a very challenging team to face but we took care of business today.”
