Finding inner peace at the Great Hall
Today in the Great Hall there were dozens of students seemingly walking in circles.
A research project hosted by Chantel Zimmerman a 45-years-old graduate in environmental studies brought in large crowds of students to participate in a labyrinth
Zimmerman is trying to find out if walking the labyrinth can induce a sense of mindfulness and reduce stress
Results from the study will be released on May 16 in the Great Hall along with results from other studies done for instructor of psychology Angela Belden’s psychology 74 course.
