Web Update: Southwestern Community College’s “The Sun” was printed and released on time thanks to help from students and supporting members of the community. On Sept. 29th the day prior to the release of the paper, members of the Sun were delivered a cease-and-desist order from the administration. The student run paper is fighting to get funding back from the college, while Southwestern’s Chief of Communications says that this is strictly a financial issue that all student organization on campus will be facing.
