Repeat offender sentenced to jail

A 20-year-old man who was arrested across the street from Pierce College in the Orange Line parking lot on Feb. 14 and previously arrested on campus last spring on suspicion of threatening a professor was released from jail Saturday, March 22 , according to the Los Angeles Sheriff Department’s website.

The suspect, Tyshaun Middleton, was arrested on suspicion of making threats and was sentenced to 150 days in jail on Tuesday, Feb. 25, according to officials.
