A familiar face returns to the Los Angeles Community College District.
Former Pierce College President Kathleen Burke will step in as interim president at LA Trade-Tech College.
LACCD Chancellor Francisco Rodriguez made the announcement during the Board of Trustees Meeting.
“She’ll be joining us on Aug. 31 and will take us through the fall semester while we go for a permanent president at LATTC,” Rodriguez said.
Burke was president at Pierce from 2010 to 2018.
