Population Pierce – Steven Blugrind

Steven Blugrind poses like his favorite character, Goku, from Dragon Ball Z in the Pierce College’s Library / Learning Crossroads court yard on April 11, 2018, in Woodland Hills, Calif. Photo: by Natalie Miranda “Dragon Ball Z inspires me a lot. Goku trains every day, he’s a very nice person, he loves to eat a lot and he’s very friendly. He keeps it real, he’s a real friend, he’ll fight for you. The way how he trains everyday makes me want to train every day. I have a poster of him in my house and I actually missed a workout yesterday and then I – like the meme – I bent down, I lied low, like prayed “I have failed you.” Photo by: Natalie Miranda
