Brief: Volleyball falls to Santa Barbara City College

Men’s volleyball had a rough outing as they lost to the Santa Barbara City College Vaqueros in straight sets.

The Brahmas put up a fight in the first set, but will end up losing 26-24. In sets two and three, it was all SBCC as they wrapped things up to win the game.

The Vaqueros won the second set 25-16 and the third 25-18.

With the loss, the champions drop to 2-4 in the season and 1-2 in conference play.

The next game for the Brahmas will be at home Friday against Golden West College at 6 p.m.
